Anyone experienced this? All of the bolts are rock solid, torqued correctly. Double checked after 200 miles. Truck just seems to make noise exiting|entering at times.

Maybe it’s pure coincidence but could it be the squeaking skid plate issue? I started hearing squeak shortly after installing sway bar and re-torqued etc only to discover it was actually the skid plate. Did the fix on that and no more squeaking. Good luck!

    Exiting / entering what?

If a sharp incline or not so smooth road the sway bar could be putting the suspension in a bind.

No I didn’t have this issue but have found a few odd squeaks that I’ve found over the last 3 years that it could be.
