    Decided to do something a little different tonight, a couple mega chops. :thumbsup: Brined them for 4 hours, then onto the grill with some mesquite chips.... Amazing. :)

    Came out good. The beef is from a local farmer, naturally raised. The cuts are smaller, but tastes so much better than store bought.
