It’s been a month now and i I live in Wisconsin btw and seems that I’ve noticed when I start up my truck it’s not normal. Did some research and I heard the fuel pump are somewhat bad on my 2019 SR-5 off road models! When I start up my truck it’s like cranking 1-3 seconds for it to start up! Anyone or anybody know what the issue here is. Is there a recall on the fuel pumps!?

Check your VIN for the fuel pump recall.

Also may be wise to have your battery tested. Newer Toyota batteries have been known to die early.

It's getting colder, second the checking of your battery.

Check for the recall, check the battery, check the fuel pressure at the rail and note the bleed-off rate (if any) and check the grounds.

Grounds sound like the least likely culprit based on your description of the issue but poor and/loose grounds can cause a lot of running issues and it doesn't hurt to cover all the bases.

FYI, a weak battery is a good way to ruin a starter. Any sign of weakness, trade up.
