I’m experiencing the same issue and I read about the resistor fix. I’m curious though, is there an LED headlight relay?
I did the turn signal relay mod to help with the hyper flash and that was a super easy install.
I wonder if there’s a relay for the head lights.

I have a 2000 tundra, I just installed new headlights and fog lights. Both LED both the same brand. But now my fogs don’t work, pushing the button in turns my high beams on. Would the resistor work in my case ?

The resistor is what you will need.

You need this (link below). You need one but I bought 2, 1 for back up. It's plug n play. I just install this on ONE light and mount it on the fender support. It gets really hot.

Do you have DRL (Daytime Running Lights)?

Got the resistor. It makes them work, the LED headlights and Fog lights, but not for the LED turn signal lights. I'm happy with the results. But any suggestions for the LED turn signal lights would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just installed my Morimoto XBs, and now my LED fog lights will not work. I saw someone mention DRLs as an issue, so wanted to ask for further input on the effect of adding DRLs and where exactly I would put the resistor on Morimoto's to get my fog lights working again. Am I correct in thinking it will go inline with my driving lights?
