The first thing I did on my new to me 2019 is use a carpet spot remover / cleaning machine on the seats and floors. Since doing that the seats seemed a lot softer this morning after they were dry. I think it might have taken some of the crusty dirt out of the seats and rejuvenated the foam but IDK? Saturday I looked at a new 21 Tundra and the seats seemed a lot softer than on the 2019. After cleaning them though my 2019 seats now feel like the new one did.

BTW, my truck smelled like ass from the dealer and I think it is the covid spray or disinfectant that Toyota dealers use because they all smelled that way no matter the dealer. The carpet cleaner with some shampoo and colonge in it helped a LOT.
