Their coming to texas, too. The lady that hit the deer in the neighborhood is a ca transplant. Told me ‘these things happen’.

i understand the deer are dangerous in the texas hill country, but its inexcusable in a neighborhood.

Well, I'm headed out to Tucson to look at a Tundra tomorrow with my father in law. Sounds like they are doing the "market adjustment" BS on the new ones up here. Found a low mileage 2020 SR5 for him. Hopefully all goes well and we'll have another member on here soon.

It might be a drive for you but the toyota dealer in Show Low had quite a few 2020's in stock for what seemed like a decent price in case you dont find one tomorrow.

Have you looked at this one? 2020 SR5 Crewmax at Carmax in the west valley. Only 17K miles for $43,998. Not much more than the one you posted the link to, but quite a bit less miles.

Yup, I called about it and they said it was reserved. I think I have located one I am going to look at tomorrow.

Edit, it was a different one that was reserved, the one you saw is only 2wd

Hopefully you had good luck today. My father in law got one that I found yesterday at Carmax in Tucson. He bought a 2020 SR5 4WD in MGM with 11k miles for $45k. We got there at 1030am and drove away in the new truck at 1245pm. Really pleased with how smooth the transaction was down there. Traffic sucked on the way home. No accidents, but stop and go for about 5 miles in 2 different spots on the I10.

Well I came home with a truck tonight and it was an ordeal and now I feel like I need a shower and hepatitis shot.We started at RIGHT Toyota on Airpark Rd and what a bunch of ASSHOLES. They tried every crappy trick in the book including not wanting to give me my trade-in keys back. The also tried to bump the interest up to @ 6% and rob me on my trade in. Oh, they also tried to add a $2K refurbishing fee to their truck. We arrived at 8:15 am and were there messing around until 11:45 or better.

Next we went to Toyota of Surprise and had a much better experience. Went there around 12:30 (the 101 is a mess BTW) and had an offer in front of us in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly and I didn't get the slimy salesman feeling like at most dealers. We got the deal I wanted at the price I wanted even if I paid too much and lost my ass on trade-in and equity. We were out of there in 2.5 hours. The truck I bought has 56K miles, but we purchased the Toyota premium care which is good for 5/60 from time of purchase. I do feel good knowing the truck is covered. The new truck had a bit of AZ pin striping but it is only in the clear coat. I took a buffer to one side after I arrived home at it comes right with just a few passes. I don't know why dealers dont spend a little more time detailing, but most of them just don't care.

So basically we spent the whole day messing around buying a truck. The wife was not happy spending a whole Saturday doing this but she was a trooper and helped play bad cop and get me a good deal. She says I will give my money to anything shiny or with boobs. We went to Dickeys BBQ around 3:30 and I was disappointing as hell. The portions were small and it was expensive. The brisket was very fatty and had no real flavor. I have heard different locations are better and that Rudy is better for the price.

No! Android Auto and Car play didn't debut in the stock HU until 2020. Deal breaker for me!

Are you sure on the premium care as far as coverage? I thought most if not all of Toyotas warranties of care and care plus, were years/mileage based off of first use, meaning date of first owner purchase at 10 miles or whatever. So did you just get a 5 year warranty that is good for 4K miles before it’s worthless?

example is if I buy a 5/60k warranty for my 2021, it starts immediately it doesn’t wait for my 3/36k to finish then start.

This whole thread just blows my mind. I know the market has changed, but It's only been 18 months since I bought my '18 CM SR5 with 19k miles. Paid 34k.

I've got a 2019 Sport w/58,000 miles. Took it in for oil change last week and the dealership offered me $45,000.
    I couldn't do it.

I bought my '17 in June 2019 with about 60k on it. I knew ahead of time it was not my daily driver, and that my annual mileage would be maybe 7500/year (hunting/camping truck), so I was okay with the mileage. As long as it has service records, regular maintenance, and drives well, you should be good. I would check for oil leaks, including the cam tower seal. Both sides. That's about a $3k job at the dealer. Maybe $2300 by a mechanic. If that's leaking, you may want to negotiate the price a bit.

    Good luck

I bought my 2019 Sport premium, with 18k miles for 38k, 6 months ago....it was a lease buyout and that price was in the lease agreement...!

Vroom offered to buy it from me for 46k.... crazy times.

Glad I bought mine when I did. Purchased in July of 2019. 2018 SR5 4x4 DC with 18,000 miles for $32,000 and change with an extended warranty. First pic is the day she came home and second is the way she sits now.
