So far I am LOVING so much of my new 2021 trd pro. I love the exhaust so much more than I thought I would, it’s literally perfect. Ride quality is great on the road. Looks incredible.

I only have one gripe so far….I can’t get comfortable in the seats and my back is starting to hurt. I don’t have back issues or anything but the seats just don’t seem to adjust right and are crazy stiff.

I was going to get a seating pad to see if that makes a difference.

anyone do anything to make the seats more comfy? Do they just need to be broken in?

Try the seat riser, I've always had issue with toyota/Subaru seats, they lack lower back support or the lumbar support is made out of concrete, the risers allow you to adjust thigh taller so your lower back is more align with the lumbar, its not perfect, but short of get the seats redone, it's a quick and cheap solution.

WOW! I didnt think of this, thank you so much! Ill give this a whirl.

I got a little cushion for the seat and it actually helped alot for back pain but I still feel like I am going to slide off the seat at times so will def look at these risers.

You can get seat risers from desertdoesit.com. They made a huge difference for me.

My 1794 seats are comfy for short periods but I hate them for long drives. It’s like a flat wide couch cushion without enough bolstering. They got alittle better after break in and the leather is super nice but def not my favorite seats.

It helps a lot, and for $60 and 30mins, it's a worthwhile thing to do.

I blame it on the choice of cushion, wife's 4runner is worse for comfort on long drives, I even looked at replace the whole thing with a Recaro or scheelman, but the airbags issue kinda prevent me from pulling the trigger, will most likely get the cushions redone with memory foam and ask them to increase bolster slight bit, also seem lot cheaper than getting a Recaro ortho seat.

I would think it's just a matter of making the right adjustments. With the 10 way power adjustment there's a lot of options, it's taking me while to figure out what works best.

I’ll second the desertdoesit spacers. Made a world of difference in mine.

Maybe I need to drive it to test it. I tried adding the wood block size today just to see sitting in the seat and did not really feel much difference. I did adjust the lower part seat to bring it up more. That seem to make a difference.

    Too many, but not enough....
I will third this. The seat jackers made a night and day difference for me as well.

Definately poor seat design. I don't advise anybody drive a truck similar to mine for 14 hrs. I literally had to buy a set of crutches at my destination. Also bought a gel pad. Second time around I used a few different pillows and changed positions often, that was nearly a 30 hour drive. So sore afterwards!! Seat really sucks!!

The seat jackers are awesome. One of the first things I noticed when I bought my 2021 was that I felt like I was leaning forward even with the seat adjusted all the way up in the front. The seat jackers make for a more cradled seat position , so much better.

They really do suck, Subarus were worse, I blame it mostly on the lumbar support being made out rocks, going talk to upholstery shop on re-cushion the seats with better foams, the seats in my 5 series was probably the most comfortable seats ever, going to see if they can graft that onto the Tundra's frame, I drove from Toronto to NYC and back before in my 5 series, no backpain, no stiffness.

An inverted 5 gal. Bucket would make a better seat than what is in my truck!

it can be use as a toilet too! aka lug-a-loo.

I was disappointed to find out new Tundra lumbar still doesn't allow up and down.
