Hello, I just bought a 2011 Tundra Limited and I already have a few things I want to do. I was hoping get feedback.

Has anyone swapped a standard deck with a OEM unit with navigation and a backup camera? Is it possible or to much work?

Welcome. So easy. Less than ten minutes. You will get a lot of help here. Are you sure you have a limited? First of all do you have JBL or Non JBL.

Yes all the plugs should match perfectly. Your tail gate probable has the wires in it for the back up camera. This should be a fun and easy mod. I don't have any experience with the gps antenna.

LTD_Toy Did you install the new deck with nav and back-up? If so, what kind of deck did you install and where did you buy it?

I am looking to do the same thing that you were and hope I can find a Toyota JBL OEM deck.

    Thanks

I ended up buying a top of the line Jensen from a shop I would not recommend.

    Hey all,

I have a base version I've been upgrading. The stock radio is next. I assume that means I am the non JBL. What does that mean for me? I won't have the right hookups and harnesses waiting for me?

You can get a a non Jbl navigation system and it will be plug & play. My old stereo sounded like crap I don't know if the non JBL with navigation sounds any better. I bought a non JBL navigation 86120-oc360 that fits 04/2009 to 09/2011 for $400 and the antenna plug was not a match so I didn't use it.

I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra with a non jbl radio. There radio keeps trying to boots but just keeping rebooting. The backup cam works great. My question is how do I swap out radio for another Toyota radio. I have read where you cannot just trade out radios because its connected to the computer system and thus the radio will partially work. Things like satellite and navigation will not work.
Can anyone help me out with the truth or procedure.
