@TommyTundra where did you get the leather steering wheel from?

I am pretty sure it’s from HRS also.

Just found this and so I ordered the clear. Thx for all the posts in this discussion it really helped me decide, especially considering the look of the morimotos.

Got it from Hi Rev. it comes with the trim pieces in black too. The pro has lane departure and smart cruise control functions on the right side of steering wheel which the new trim pieces didnt account for so i just sprayed the old ones and it came out great. Also the little red strip on the steering wheel which is supposed to be at the 12 oclock position was off to the right at first. I readjusted the steering wheel and by moving it one position on the spline it was now off to the left. Now the OCD kicked in and since I got new tires about a month ago I took it to Toyota for an alignment (they had a $99 special). Now its perfect.

Ordered on Saturday and delivered today. Pretty quick turn around especially with the holiday. Well packaged and very easy installation. I am impressed with look and all LED taillight.

I’m running the HIREV tails with the ‘18 LED heads and the iHacker harness with no issues.

May be useful for others as well but simply pm @iHacker for information on his harness and the heads are OEM parts. I ordered mine from Sparks Toyota (sparksparts.com) who ships a lot of parts. Right on their home page is the “popular upgrades for Tundra” which will show the TRD style LED head lamp assemblies.

I ordered these on Friday and they were delivered yesterday. IDK, I give them a 4, 4.5 out of 5. The top holes didn't exactly align and my passenger side bottom push clip doesn't engage at all. There is a bit of a gap at the top that is not there with stock. Even if I held it up, tightening that top screw pulled it down. Think it will be ok with rain or washes? Other than that, they worked perfectly, no cosmetic flaws that I could see.

HRS makes a bunch of lights for that Civic my wife just got. If these hold up, will get some for that!

If you want to align them properly, hold them in place, make sure guide pins are seated as well then tighten both screws simultaneously, i had the same issue, but was able to adjust them perfectly.

I absolutely love these things!! I got the smoked and was worried about visibility.. Not a issue at all! Had a tad of a gap on top but was able to adjust them pretty close... Post photos when I get a chance :)

Awesome write up, I am looking into these & I am wondering if they have DOT etched on them somewhere? Hawaii safety inspection checks that, and their website doesn’t specify. Thanks for any help

I just looked at my HREVS and did not see a DOT stamp. However, I also looked at my son's '21 Tacoma with OEM tails and they don't have a DOT stamp either. At least I couldn't see one.

Anyone know if HIREVS do a labor day sale? Looks like they'll be back online then, after moving to TX

Doesn't look like it. They usually announce their sales on the Instagram feed, but nothing there since mid-August. They were selling some of the larger items, like bumpers and hoods as a "moving sale" in early August.

I am going to keep an eye on it for a "We Made It To Texas" sale or a Thanksgiving/Black Friday sale. Looks like they had Thanksgiving sale last year that was really popular.

I assumed those were smoked. Now I don’t know which to purchase. Crap.

I’m debating the same thing. I have the factory LED headlights and they have clear lenses with black frames.

I want to match the headlights as closely as possible, so I am thinking I should go with the clear version of the HiRevs without the sequential turn signals. Then replace the third brake light bulbs with LED bulbs and call it good.

I think I’m going to go with the clear lens as well. What’s the downside of the sequential turn signals for you?

It’s just that I’m not going to replace the headlights and don’t want the turn signals to be different.

I still have the 2017 factory sr5 headlight housing. I wanted to replace those first, but my tail light casing has a crack in it that I didn’t notice when I purchased the truck. I think I’ll try out the sequential ones. Then possibly go with alpha rex headlights eventually. Or the oem led black ones. Regardless, I think the CRBs will be a good option.

The HiRevs are the nicest ones I’ve seen, especially trying to keep a somewhat factory appearance. I haven’t really paid attention to the different headlights, but I would probably buy the headlights and taillights from the same manufacturer so they will match. I’m sure there are some badass headlights out there that I haven’t seen, possibly with the same color and type of blinkers as the HiRevs.

I just received these HRV sports taillights for my 18 tundra crewmax. Like some others have said these are super easy to install.

I am surprised by how bright everything is it’s impressive. I felt like a kid when these lights kicked on and that smile crossed my face.

I love the light up pattern it does upon start up. The sequential turn signals are extremely bright and have a nice pop of a strobe on the side of the housing very noticeable.

back up lights are extremely effective and made backing up at my cabin in the woods with no other lighting a breeze.

    best lights I’ve purchased.

I have a 2020 with the OEM LED headlights. I swapped the turn signal bulb in those for an LED bulb. Will I have issues if I installed these tail lights? Maybe I can just put the stock turn signal bulbs back in the headlights if that’s the case. The smoked version of these would look nice on my silver crewmax

Anybody with silver sky with these tail lights? I’d like to see one before I pull the trigger.

I imagine it'll look similar to how it is on on @the ER kid's white truck. Silver and white are the lightest colors, so it should at least give you an idea.
