I have no opinion on women in combat, but I did see a woman in the video who got knocked own hard and appeared to me like she was still going after that guy and both were restrained. She had some fight in her still. They let women join smokejumpers and they have to carry the same weight and pas the same physical tests as the men.

Just a comparison I thought of:

I seem to remember a video a few years back, when Ronda Rousey was tearing apart the female division in the UFC, and there was all the talk of how she could kick the asses of most guys. She was practicing judo with Gegard Mousasi, who himself is a very good judo practioner but not an Olympic level competitor. Granted Mousasi has 60 lbs on her, but even though Rousey is the most advanced female combat sport athlete in the world, she still couldn't do anything to the guy. Nothing against women, but when probably the most fit woman in the world couldn't hang with a guy who is below her level of technical skill, I don't have much hope for the ability of women as a whole to make it in frontline or spec ops units. There may be a few women up to the task, but by and large the physiological differences are too much.
