We did wait until a “reasonable” hour to use the power tools on a Sunday morning :sawzall:

I really should have cut my exhaust at your pad. Pretty sure my driver side exhaust tip is oval after broken arrow

Anyone possibly have a heavy duty spring compressor that lives in the Poway area that would love to loan or rent to me. I'm going to learn how to revalve my shocks.

Yotamasters and total chaos are both near each other in Corona. I would highly recommend Yotamasters buy they slammed until next year.

Is that one of the tools you can get free with a deposit at Auto Zone or O’Reilly’s? I think so.

I’d try ratchet straps, as Tony suggested… not really… I’ve read this is a pretty risky venture, even with the “right” tools.

Even with the proper tools it scars the crap outta me. I’ve never done a tundra but back in the Honda days we did a lot of lowering springs. Things are sketchy

Yeah with 700 lbs springs and need to compress about 2in. I'm looking at about 1400lbs of force. That could do some damage.

I knew I was a “grown up” when I started thinking, before trying something, how it would sound being described at a funeral…. Then we all started following The Darwin Awards. Yeah, maybe don’t use ratchet straps for this project.

Any plan for this to happen? Have a laundry list of items that need to be installed. Have all the tools, beer, or meat needed for a truck day. Just don’t have a driveway for installs

    Hey, just checking here:
Anyone have a 4runner looking for parts?

We’re taking my fianceé’s 2020 4runner down to stock to sell.

Have a front bumper, rear swingout bumper, sliders, lift, UCAs, sliders, wheels and tires all for sale - also open to trades with stock bumpers, suspension parts, wheels and tires.

Sliders and rear bumper are powder coated. Front bumper is painted.

Also a couple odds and ends like awning mount brackets that go to the stock roof rails and ditch light brackets.

Thanks! I love it man. I’ll miss it when it’s gone.
She’s going to jump into a car that’s more fuel efficient. I’m hoping she gets a few year old Lexus ES300h, but we’ll see.
If we play our cards right the car will become my daily in several years -> she’ll get a truck again -> the Tundra will no longer be the daily so I can really chop it up!
