Driver side grip handle ordered. Installed auto start. Wired it to run and unlock the doors. My ‘16 would shut off if you opened the doors during auto start.

I am looking for a radio w/nav to use Waze. I like apple car play, if it was available. Mostly, the sound is weak and that just won’t do.

 

Maybe not the right place… has anyone installed puddle lights in an SR5? I am considering doing it but it would be much easier if I knew if the wiring harness terminates in the mirror already?

just installed some bed lights. had some extra aluminum extrusions and hard LED strips, so just had to get waterproof connectors.

 

What clearance do you have from the slide bed to the cover frame

Ran the wire for backlighting my switches. The rear light switch was a few hour project in itself with the wiring. I have the switch functioning how I want it but I do not have the amber "on" lights for either position. I meant to go back and suggest you could disconnect the black wire from the switch and go without to two amber lights. Not sure what else could be done without some fancy relay work…

I did not find any wiring at the mirror for puddle lights. I ran mine into the cab and tied them into my Vled footwell kit. However, if you ever want to add signal mirrors, those wires are at the mirror plug.

 

Friggin love that.

 

Ordered a set of BF Goodrich T/A KO'2 in 275/70/R18. Should be here in about 5 days! Going on stock suspension.
