Wanting to put a small light bar on the front because I live pretty deep into the woods and could use the extra lighting this winter on the road.

how easy is it to wire up? In want to make sure it doesn’t drain my battery.

also what ones do you recommend? I have the 1794 grill so where can I mount it?

Not really looking to spend a ton of money. Thanks.

    To much to list:)
Taco Tunes has come up with brackets that are bolt on that fo not require any drilling or fab work. They are designed to fit in where that plastic strip on the front bumper is. I saw it installed while there and they just were fixin to get those brackets in the shop. From what I saw being that it is pretty darn simple you pop out the plastic strip slide the brackets in and get underneath and find the bolts, bolt on the brackets then the light and wire it as you see fit. The light they purchased on the eBay but any that size would work. I think they said they will have a light and strips available for shipping????

I went with the Diode Dynamics 30" stealth light bar and ran a Cali raised switch on the inside. The switch operates a relay that comes with the bar so no battery drain.

I opted for different mounts because the ones that come with the Diode Dynamics kit are total shit. I ended up buying Cali raised brackets and drilling new mounting holes and it works great.

The light output is honestly rediculous and I'm extremely happy with the bar.

I just completed the 40 inch light bar in the hood bulge, super clean looking install and OMG it’s bright.
