just picked up this truck yesterday. 1st one I have owned since my 1995 F150 died a while back (rusted away). I have no idea what those 4 black holes in the bed are about. Line-X Bedliner to be installed next week.

That's where the tonneau cover drain tubes pass through the bed on mine.

You should have plugs for those holes

I think they are about 12 bucks through Toyota

cover drain tubes. If you get a hard cover with a drain system, you drill a hole through it and plug in the tube.

They are drains. Most trucks have removable plugs in the bed to serve as drains. I guess Toyota expects some hard use out of the Tundra to need drains that size. Maybe they saw this picture? Jackstands were a good idea. It wouldn't take much to max out our payload with water.
