Out of town on trip and check engine light comes on with po705! No rear camera, no shift indicator, no reverse lights! I’ve already checked fuses nothing is blown and tried clearing code with scanner with no success!

Hey Tim. I've got same issue 0705 code. Check engine TRAC off and flashing 4 Low. No rear Camera. No back up lights. Shift lights on the dash are gone but does light up S IS SELECTED ON THE LEVER. Cruise control inoperative..
Changed the neutral safety switch on the transmission. Same problem. No change at all.
Not in limp mode. When going from Neutral to Drive it hits pretty hard when engaging. Won't start in Reverse or Drive. Only in Park and Neutral.
I've been chasing wires for a week. Post up if you find a solution. I'll do the same.

Do you have incandescent lamps in your tail lights?

I would bet on the fuse being blown for your reverse lights and something possibly funky in the tail lights.

Hey Paul. Thanks for posting up. Back up lights a re led but I'll look into the others. I cleaned the crap out of the trailer connectors. They were totally corrodedand. Found a loose ground behind the left tail light. FIXED THAT too.
I'll check in the morning though

I would put the incandescent lights back in and check your fuses if the issue persists.

I've had the leds on for quite a while with no issues. The error code is consistent O7O5. Why do think the LEDS are at play. Is it something you've seen in the past?

Yeah, this exact problem has manifested for others using LEDs and it usually accompanied by a blown fuse.

I'm gonna go back through the fuses again and take a look.

I put a code 4eader on and watched live data stream. When in park, the code reader indicates drive. All other gear positions indicate neutral.

I had that same issue , its a 10 amp fuse under the dash that kept blowing for reverse lights , chased my ass on it on and off the forum my L.E.D reverse lights have been installed since I bought it 3 years. they all worked just fine and was a intermittent problem I went through 100's of 10 amp fuses to were I ended up replacing the Trans range switch. 2 days later the fuse blew again so I did what no one should do and shoved a 15 amp fuse in and it stopped blowing , a month later one of the L.E.D reverse lights went out.

since "Light Emitting Diodes" strobe at high rate to create a solid light an use very little amps because of that. it was hard to track it down to that one of the Diodes were sticking intermittently (failing) causing a high amp draw and blowing the circuit fuse.

replace the 10 amp under the dash and swap over to some inexpensive bulbs see If that fixes it, if it does one of the L.E.Ds are going bad.

Fixed! Both of you guys were on the money. That 10 amp fuse was blown but looked good. I put a meter to it.. low and behold an open fuse that looked good. LED in my left back up light burnt the connector. It still works bit ill replace it. Put incandescent bulbs back in as advised.
I looked at that fuse several times. Never put a meter too it and continued to go down the rabbit hole. Thanks for the good advice fellas. Much appreciated!

I had a sudden onset of similar symptoms just today:
4LO rapid flash, VSC light on, check engine light on, no backup cam or lights, no gear indicator lights. Drives fine, will shift into 4HI but NOT 4LO. Tried connecting scanner, would not connect to the ECM according to the app. It sounds like the same symptoms you were having with the fuse/LED backup trouble. I will dig into it this weekend starting with the fuse and replacing the led bulbs

Mine was Trac off , check engine and flashing 4 low. No back up camera or lights. The culprit was 10 amp Back up lights fuse under the driver side dash just above parking brake.

FIXED! I’m pretty happy this happened to you 1st! ;) Well, maybe just happy you guys were able to figure it out cuz I was freaking out. :annoyed:Replaced the fuse and bulbs(don’t need LEDs to back up!). Had to borrow my neighbors code reader to clear the code, mine wouldn’t connect but I think it was a iPhone WiFi glitch. Thanks again for posting.
    And lovin the emojis…

¿Alguien todavía tiene el problema, pero cuál es la solución? Fuse 10 of the fuse box under the dash always burns, I change it over and over again it always burns, everything started the failure when I hit the rear of my truck in a parking lot, it was a small blow, not strong
