Starter, but first, try jumping it through the relay. Get the battery tested and rule those 2 out.. mine did that when my starter went

After jumping the starter relay i still only get a click from the starter solenoid.
I have some appointments today but might get back to pull the starter later today
    Thanks everyone
I will confirm its a bad starter before I purchase a replacement.

Finally got back to my truck and removed the starter.
I powered it up and found the motor to turn rather slow so off to the parts store. They also bench checked it and confirmed it bad. Purchased a new one and installed it. Hooked up the battery, hit the key and sure enough the engine started, all is well.

I’m a bit thick headed and just couldn’t believe the starter was bad, not having any previous problems.
Thank you to all for your suggestion.
