I know i’m not the first person in the world to ask this question but, how effective would it be if you poured some e.g. meguiars ceramic wax into your soap bucket? I’m curious to hear the answers. TIA

Nah. I've added a small amount of ONR but I think you are wasting the ceramic wax in this application. IMO most Wash n' Wax products suck, this would be a similar example.

I’ve never tried it, but I would assume it would make both products less effective. There are “wash and wax” soaps, but they almost definitely have very little of the “wax” part in the formula. They don’t tend to work great anyway.
The wax is supposed to be applied to a clean surface so it can bond. I think at best, the ceramic wax would just rinse off and be wasted.
At worst, you could get some heavy streaking when you try to rinse the soap off.

That said, Meguair’s is pretty customer friendly and responsive. They’ll probably give you a good answer if you contact them.

Total waste of the wax. It's meant to be applied to a clean dry surface. The ceramic is excellent protection, but you have to use it the right way for maximum benefits!

You could get a a Ceramic Infused soap but make sure you follow the instructions to avoid streaking…
Carpro Hydr02 Foam is one brand but there are others like Griots and Meguiars.
