If I don't have any LEDs in my truck and I want to get a set, do I need the hyperflash fix? I'm guessing so but I don't see where it says yes on the website.

I have aftermarket tail lights too, already LED. I was hoping they would have some sweet hood mounts for 3x3 Rigids or something but no dice. :(

Yup. I admittedly had a problem with the first pair, VLEDs customer service was good and they stood by their product with a full replacement. To be fair, somehow water got in the adapter and the short caused melting - I did use a dielectric gel and all connectors were tight. Perhaps the back seal was bad on the adapter.

They only provide heat shrink tubing for the main connectors, but this time I was really liberal with the dielectric gel and got additional shrink tape for all of the other connections. So far they are holding up perfectly.

They look amazing and really set you apart from other Tundras. I know when I pass a Tundra he's like "well shucks, ain't that just the cat's pajamas?" I'm not sure why he has a Kentucky accent in my head, but he does.

They are kind of pricey but I feel worth it in the long run.

I need to start one as well. I'd love to see your retros. Couple more nice examples and I'll have to do it myself.
