I have a 2008 that makes a faint thumping sound somewhere in the front end when the a vehicle is turning into left curves, leaning right. I’ve changed both cv axles and all 4 wheels and tires. It’s definitely that’s rotating.
    Any clues?

What's your mileage? Does it do it in 4WD? Can you jack up each wheel and check for bearing play?

Its really hard to check for bearing play on Toyotas... check @ViktorG on here and youtube, he posted a video on replacing it, but from my knowledge which may be limited bearing may be bad, but wont show much play....

It really depends on which bearing. The rear right went out on mine and I couldn't track it down without having the axle on jacks and stopping the left wheel from spinning, then the free wheeling right wheel was loud.

My front left bearing started going bad and I could pull that wheel in and out about 1/16" with a bit of a clicky thump.

it seems to a common topic on the forums , I think we've come to call it "the notorious Toyota noise"
also while doing a the inspection note any bent looking items or rust around bushings (if a bushing sleeve is rusted bad in the socket it could rotate an cause noise)
1.) check play in all the A arm bushings
2.) check the rack and pinion bushings
3.) check sway bar connect bushings
    4.) check front diff bushings
    5.) check wheel bearings
6.) check CVs on front axel (I know you said you replaced this part is for anyone else to reference)
7.) check the strut assembly for damage or rotted isolators , bushings
8.) check all ball joints on both A arms and Tie rods

one of these will be the issue , make sure to go through all of it an take note. hope you get the issue sorted. ;)
