Recently had an issue of the drivers beam starting to dim from that of the passenger. Headlight revolution’s customer service is impeccable. I left a deposit to have new lights shipped to me right away. The newer lights I got fit much better and didn’t stick out like more originals. My only gripe is getting to the horizontal adjustment, it’s a royal pain in the ass

Where do you have the fuse tap plugged in? It should go in the 10A IGN fuse slot.

I'm thinking that fuse is too small at 3 amps. Caleb @Headlight Revolution, aren't those fuse taps supposed to be 10 amp?

No worries my man! Go ahead and install a 5A fuse in there if you have any issues, that'll solve your problem! :) Good question!

I had the same problem. Burnrd a hole in mine too. I remember the same thing happening when the whites came out. I picked up 5A fuses.

Thank you @Headlight Revolution for a speedy delivery and Labor Day discount. I installed the XB LED headlights and fogs last night and this morning on my 2010 Tundra with motorized leveling and it was a pleasure. Everything fit nice and neatly and the quality of the Morimotos are very very nice. One weird thing I did encounter was my fogs... the black wires on both lights were the positive while red was negative. Doing a test before installing the plug on the fog side, i just plug in the prongs into the factory fog plugs. They were labeled with a + and - and lone behold, red to + and black to - got not light. Switched the two and boom, lights on. Besides that, very please. Here is a picture with them installed. Will update once i get some evening shots with the lights on. Also, leveling these were very easy. A+ lights.

Well this happened…. Only had the lights since June. Had an issue with the fuse blowing the 3amp. Fixed that per headlight revolutions suggestion and now I have condensation with the new amber morimotos. For those who have had to go with warranty replacement how was the process? Is this going to be a battle? $1000 lights should not do this

I was able to get to adjust the headlights. They were really out of whack from the box. The passenger side was way too low and driver was a bit low. Horizontally, it was like a spot light aimed at the center. The vertical adjustment was pretty easy to access, the horizontal adjustment screw was inside the fender so it is a bit more cramped. I used a 8 mm socket with 1/4" ratchet to adjust which made it quick and easy.

Anyone working at Headlight Revolution? Been trying to call in an order…no one ever answers. I’m finally ready to drop for a new set…but have a question.

Anyone had warranty service in the last couple months? Curious about response times and experience.

    thx!

Warranty worked great for me. Email seems like the best be in getting a hold of them. I had hyper-flashing coming from a driver headlight that would be intermittent and they replaced for free with a simple video i sent and with return shipping paid for your old light.
