    It blows my mind that you had enough room to fit those badges. I had to shim the front DS rear seat to get it to even latch properly while down. Still slightly making contact but at least it latches now.

    I also had issues getting the box bolt holes to 19" center to center like they're supposed to be. Pushing both brackets in the best I could do was ~19.25". Ended up having to drill and tap one hole to 5/16-18.

    Has anyone had issues with the box rattling while driving? I've narrowed it down to the large door lock cam. When locked it rattles...

    Mine has never rattled. Locked or unlocked. The back seat fits snug enough on top to keep everything closes tight.
