I am almost positive this has been answered somewhere but I cannot find it. What is the max tire size I can fit on a Sequoia TRD Pro without removing anything and without any rub at all? It’s 100% stock currently

I would love to know this as well. TRD Pro has 18" rims....

275/70-18 most likely. You may be able to get in 285/70s but there are very few tire choices in that size.

Does the trd pro ride higher than sr5’s, limited’s and platinums?

Are you planning on keeping the stock trd wheels and what tires did you have in mind?

I have a 2015 limited that I’m putting 275/70R18 on but the wheel offset is +45 so they will sit a bit further away from the UCA but not far enough to contact the fender. Same size tire but a more negative offset and you may start rubbing.

I’m not positive if it rides higher, but definitely keeping the 18” TRD Pro BBS wheels

The Sequoia Pro is the same ride height as the other trims. Think it is just the TRD Pro Tundra that has the extra 2 inches up front.
from the webs: The front suspension features standard 2.5-inch internal-bypass Fox coil-over dampers with spring rates that are actually softer than the non-TRD Sequoia's. ... Although there's no suspension lift, the front end does gain 0.7 inch of additional rebound travel.

Front end is that you need to worry about with clearance. Since Tundra's can fit 275/70 and even 285/70 18s with stock suspension and the stock +60 offset wheels, those are the sizes that will be about max tire without any fuss or trimming. Key is the wheel offset. 275/70 will fit and there are lots of good options in that size, readily available and less expensive than 285/70. Basically a 33x11 tire and they look really good on a stock truck. If you search the web, there are pictures out there of sequoias with 275/70-18.

Working on it slowly. Kuat Vagabond roof rack and Kuat NV2 bike rack currently.
I have the same 2021 TRD Pro Sequoia. Did you end up going with 285/70 18's?

@mattmillertime I ended up not upgrading them just for $ reasons. I did the research though. 285/70/18 is the biggest you can go however there’s very few options. 275/70/18 is a very common tire and about same size.

The new Tundra TRD Pro has very undersized 285/65/18s and I imagine FB marketplace will have plenty of them for cheap when it comes out and people start upgrading. Gonna keep an eye out there :)

275/70-18 is a great size, run them on my tundra and yes, tons more tires available in that size vs 285/70.

275 60R 20 fits perfectly on a stock Sequoia with the factory 20” wheels. No rub, no spacers, no lift, no level.

Good post and discussion. I just picked up a 2020 Pro and am too keeping the BBS and no lift for now. Planning on the 275 70R 18 in General Grabbers. I like a little more poke than what comes with the stock +60 offset BBSs. Anybody know how a 1.25" spacer is going to affect running that size? Can I go bigger? Should I go smaller?

Here's a shot of 275/70/18's on 18x9 +18 wheels......not sure what a 1.25" space would put your offset at on the stock BBS rims.

edit: just looked it up...........1.25" spacer is ~equivalent to running -32 offset. So in your case that would make your stock BBS rims +28 offset.

And here they are on stock suspension

Airlift 1000 Airbags. LED lo/hi Beams and Fogs replacement housings. Headlight Washers removed.
I ran 1.25" Rugged Ridge Spacers on my 08 Sequoia with 275/60/20s 33.0" for a couple years with no rubbing & no Lift, which is almost the same exact size as the 275/70/18 33.2". It is also very easy to make a little inner fender well adjustments to stop any rubbing at that size.

If Farnsrocket can run them at a +18 offset the +28 created by the 1.25" spacers is not a problem. A +35 offset is kind of the sweet spot to run the largest tire with minimal chance of rubbing but might require some other inner fender trimming/adjustment and or rolling the outside inch of the skidplate inward.
