hi-- also looking to do this and waiting for that part list. i have searched many forums online and no one has actually created a detailed step-by-step on how to do this with pics and descriptions and parts list.

does anyone have a resource? i dont want to randomly start buying tundra parts only to find out they wont fit or need something else or have to learn how to weld.

I am new to the forum and joined specifically to figure out this build. I have a 2013 Sequoia. Does anyone know where I can get rivet/pocket flares for the sequoia?

You have to modify the 2nd gen Tundra to be mounted to the rear.

I did this on my Wife's Sequoia back in 2016. The new core support is not 100% necessary, but we bought ours wrecked so it needed one anyway. Fortunately the 2014+ support is the same as the sequoias, but has all the additional tabs and brackets for the upgrade. Otherwise you will have to fabricate this. I prob would not do a write up on this, but anyone semi-skilled in body work can pull it off. You will spend quite a bit on parts unless you can find a donor. Stupid things add up quick, like having to replace the fender liners (like $100/side)

Im not sure if there are newer models that don't have fender antennas, but that dealer modded one is slick that they filled that hole in the passenger fender! I did not feel like welding mine shut and doing all that extra body work, so i just put a cheap dummy shorty antenna in.

Do you mind me asking what you did regarding the hood latch? I've bought all the parts you've listed, but I have yet to find a specific guide regarding the hood latch, pictures of the pedestrian brackets and what needs to be done with them and if you needed a custom wiring harness for the Tundra headlights. Any help is greatly appreciated!
