Transmission would not shift if I throttle over 2,000 RPM

    I have a 2007 Tundra SR5, 5.7L, 2WD, 6sp trans.

The transmission worked fine until I wired a 7-pin trailer connector. I connected the Aux power wire to the ground lug and the ground wire to the Aux power lug. I re-wired the plug correctly and all the lights work fine. The next day the transmission would not shift if I throttle over 2,000 RPM, otherwise it shifts all 6 gears just fine.

Did I short something, or is it just a coincidence and how do I fix the shift issue?
