I just ordered a set of Bilstein 6112 on 1.9" lift setting (#3 circlip) and Bilstein 5160 rears. I'm wondering if I should go ahead and replace the rear leaf springs while I'm at it?

My '12 currently has 85K miles on it. Never towed or loaded with stuff in the truck bed. No sag or lean. I'm also not looking for a rear lift. Thoughts?

Unless you have a problem or want to lift, why would you consider changing the springs?
