Last week, I took the Tundra off roading and crossed a stream shallow stream. Seemingly afterword, I noticed my reverse camera (aftermarket) did not work. I also realized my blinkers and alternator were not charging. Long story short, in a pinch, I had the alternator and battery changed and it did not resolve the issue since it was the LH Ig curcuit.

Looking at the lh ig diagram curcuit I believed it was a short in the reverse signal tap that was installed for my reverse camera. I disconnected and it stopped blowing the fuse. After a day it began blowing the fuse again. So far I have disconnected almost every light and park neutral sensor related this curcuit. The Lh ig fuse keeps blowing. Looking for suggestions if anyon has encountered this.

I traced it to a short to ground in thr alternator regulator. I believe the wire was exposed and touching the neighboring ground wire in the harness.

Check the Lh-IG fuse. Its a 7.5 amp and is needed for the the alternator regulator. It also controls blinkers and neutral safety switch/ reverse lights. If none of those are wokring, it's that curcuit
