What are your thoughts on a Lexus pickup truck?

They have done a great job making luxury versions of Toyota models that a Lexus truck would appear to be a natural progression.

I don’t see it. When I think of luxury trucks my mind goes to that Lincoln mark lt truck from about a decade ago… we all know how that went

I bought a tundra because it didn’t have all that fancy crap in it.

yes, Lexus need a truck. so all those grocery hauler and soccer daddy could buy the lexus, and the tundra could become the real truck with V8 and HD springs.

    Function before sparkle.
I would suggest that the market isn’t big enough to make it worth it for Lexus.

GMC Denali has the majority of the market. There just isn’t enough room in the $100k pickup market.

If you remember back in the day Lincoln released a truck but that was an epic fail. The trucks from luxury brands offer nothing more than what's currently on the market. This is an expensive concept that ultimately lead to the huge deficits that the automotive markets before 2008. It isn't a wise business plan.

Huh?? Funny, today my family and I were driving around in my wife's Sienna talking about why there isn't a Lexus version. Coming from two GX's and a Denali, my wife would love it. There are several creature comforts that she misses in her Sienna SE.

Toyota should have kept the V8 in the '22 Tundra, Lexus could have been used for the "next gen" V6 turbo or hybrid electric platforms

They should definitely release a truck. The Lincoln Blackwood needs a competitor. lolz
