    Define irony:

You have this guy talk shit about the OPs truck being a pavement princess. Later posts a pic of his Tundra doing nothing but sitting next to a camper and a stock Tacoma. Shit, let me go take a snapshot of my driveway...just as impressive
Then you have this BENE post a pic of his truck with 120 miles on it (great story bro) going through mud puddles and say sand isn't Offroad because it isn't Glamis or Pismo. Like his dump ass is Robbie Gordon hucking his sand rail killing Tundra over the dunes.
You know what ASSuming does....BENE strikes again.

Then you have the icing on the cake. Mr. Shit talking 101 post pics like this.

Boy you little fuckers sure showed him up didn't you? Good job men. Here is a Cigar and a brandy...you should go back to the smoking room and talk about how you're going to outsmart the next Tundra owner that has a way nicer truck than both of you combined.

    Flux capacitor!
Everyone has their own style of truck. You can have a stock truck, Baja, slammed, stretched, lifted, stanced look or a level kit on your truck. In the end it doesn't matter what your truck looks like. It's your truck and you get to choose how you want to have it. I'm car and truck guy and I've always enjoy talking to other vehicle enthusiasts like myself. Sure I could go talk smack about someone else's ride but that shows no class. A car enthusiast can talk about almost any vehicle.

@mudsweatngearz I get that my lifted truck with 22" rims and 37" tires isn't your style of truck. That's fine. It's my truck that I designed and I'm doing the work on it. You've got two nice Toyota trucks! At the end of the day this is a Tundra forum made for discussions. I don't use it for bashing or hating. So enjoy your ride and I'll enjoy mine.

    Well....you did.

    Here's your sign.

You would probably just do better with "sorry man, didn't mean anything by my first moronic post 1Upper. It was just a tasteless joke."

Is 1Uppers truck my kind of truck? No. Can I appreciate his hard work, attention to detail, and the kick ass looks? Hell yes I can. Just because he puts his money into building a truck the way he see's fit doesn't mean he has to go bash it on rocks or go through a swampy mud bog at 60 mph to prove his "street credibility" around here.

For instance, your truck is a white Tundra (fastest color btw), tow rig, 3rd gen, and you use your truck like I would. See...even though I can't stand your attitude on here, I can still give you a compliment and not be an asshole.

    Bonus round:

Since you haven't caught on yet and I have your attention in this thread, when people are dying due to a natural disaster, and thoughts and prayers are asked for, why not just say "thoughts or prayers sent" and not say "where is Texas?" asshatery and be thoughtless asshole. I understand the OPs thread might be a little confusing, but most of us got it.

I remember the day you signed up, and the warning Sean gave you coming from Tacoma World and your need be a better member over here. Guess you must have forgotten that post...I sir did not.

I wash mine too before a road trip, then just the windshield every time I stop for fuel or food. Then I usually get it washed once I arrive wherever I am headed just because I don't want to drive around in a truck that the outside looks like an insect morgue. I suppose I just like a clean ride wherever I go.

I might if the weather is going to be fair, otherwise not until I'm back. The inside glass I usually do before and tidy up inside as well.

Always. Love getting into something that is nice and clean in and out.

Also, it doesn’t hurt when you want a nice scenic photo and the truck is glistening in the foreground.

I always do a full detail and run through all the mechanical stuff. I bring detail spray and a load of microfibers. This is a post my wife made after we got to our hotel after a 5.5 hour drive last year lol

This is me too. Id love to have a clean truck all the time. But my trips are usually camping or hunting so it doesnt get washed before. The rare trip that doesnt involve off road id like to wash before i leave but usually i dont have the time. Its therapeutic for me to wash the day i get home and clean everything before returning to work again.

Yep, doesn't make sense to clean it just before you go get it dirty. Washing happens when I get back.

Hell nah. Especially in northern Alberta winters when it's too cold to wash the truck. It also becomes pointless this time of year as snow starts melting and the roads become one big dirty puddle. :mudding:
