Finally bought a smoker. I know it's pellet and not a proper smoker, but, I had to start somewhere. I have been wanting to smoke for at least 10 years but the fear of the commitment and tending the fire kept me away. Excited to see what I can do!

The older I get, the more I'm willing to do shit like this... this will be my 7th time and my wife's 5th seeing these guys.
Happy 23rd anniversary to my wife (today), happy birthday to me (December - shortly before the show), and merry Christmas to both of us.
Now I gotta book flights, hotel, etc...

Yeah, I started listening to them around '87, and saw them in '92 for the first time (actually my first concert).

Metallica was the best concert I've seen. Avenged and Volbeat opened up for them too a few years back

'84 for me - "Ride the Lightning" tour. They were great, but the opening acts were horrible (Armored Saint, WASP).

@Jim LE 1301 thanks Jim. I just looked it up. Thought it also came with the wiring and was excited. I see it's just the adapter to fit in the hitch. Still cool but I'll just get a tail gate light bar that fits the gap when I get to it. Ready for Meso to release more Tundra stuff

I have BLADE by Putco. The only thing is I mounted the light bar on heavy duty/outdoor velcro because all those type of bars block the spare tire crank.

The last time I saw them, I was hoping it would be Avenged and Volbeat. Instead we got an hour of shitty jokes by Jim Brewer…

Probably the most memorable was ‘96 Lollapalooza tour. That was a jam packed day at the fair grounds in Rockford, IL. Soundgarden was the act right before Metallica. I was in the front boards and the mosh pit for 4 hours between the two bands. Then me and my buddy had to drive back to Madison that night.

St. Anger tour with Godsmack was also good. It was funny to watch the crowd when a song from St. Anger came on - no one could figure out how to even head bang to it, so they would just stop until the next good song came on.
