Got my Tundra last year in April, used model 2018 with 26k miles on it, 4wd factory tires. Dealership installed new set of tires and performed the alignment which was part of the deal. Back in August last year had to bring it back to the dealership to re-do the alignment. It seems like the alignment is off again and the tires are getting worn out on the outside and it is making the same vibration between 64 to 70 miles per Hour. This vibration was originally there when I bought the truck, but after taking it back to the dealership, they cut the rotors, and proceed with alignment and that seems to make the vibration disappear. Is there anything that I should be looking for them check if I take it back for alignment.

    Welcome from Delaware @juan40tundra

My 2019 with the factory Bridgestone tires has a wobble at lower speeds & at 25k on the clock rotating them myself faithfully every 5k they have the same outside tread wear.
Just like my 2016 Tacoma, when I replaced the tires with Michelins after the originals wore out.
Bump the pressure up about 2 lbs and drive it.

Get the print out, we don’t know what they do to it, they could do a half ass job and only did a toe set.

I did get the alignment done, only the right tire was off by not much. But it seems to be doing the same again. Someone recommended to get a whole new set of tires., should I go with bigger tires? maybe a 285 instead of 275 original equipt with
