I'm going to install a 2.75 billet aluminum spacer kit . Kit comes with Diff. Drop and Belly pan drop.
Now I have seen other kits that recommend also..steering stop extension, bump stop extensions, carrier bearing drop of 1/4" and front sway bar shims.
Has anyone here included these items to thier 3" level

I'd get a suspension lift over the spacer lift.

All I added to mine was the carrier bearing drop. Mines a 2wd though.

I agree with Law323 on suspension lift over spacer. All the other stuff really isn't necessary or even a good idea, depending on who you talk to. CB drop after you lift and if you experience drive line vibration. Diff drop, correct your CV angles and change the drive line angle, maybe not the best solution. Sway bar shims.... I didn't. My stock steering stops seem to work just fine.

Diff drop is not a bad idea for anything over 3 inches. whether you need it for a 3" lift is debatable. Skid-plate drop is only needed if you do the diff drop. Carrier bearing drop is usually only required if you lift the rear, and even then, only if you feel a driveline vibration when taking off from a stop.
