Looks to be Tundra vs Sequoia

Also, here's the smoking gun that we're still in 2nd gen:

EDIT: also, it’s hilarious this was moved from the general discussion forum to site feedback o_O

2.5 gen or merge with 2nd gen. i love it. all of those folks that argued so hard why they have a 3rd gen would get demoted and brought back to reality that there's wasn't really a 3rd gen. i hope they do it and take it as an opportunity to fix the mis-naming and if anything, to bring those on their 3rd gen high chair back to reality with us peasants. lol.

This forum will celebrate the end of the 2nd generation Tundra, and continue on with the 3rd generation Tundra. This is made possible by the T100, 1st and 2nd generation Tundra homies.

Shouldn't we make the 2019 to 2021 gen 2.75? I dont want to be lumped in with the Non-Transmission cooler tundras if the forum changes to gen 2.5.

It will most likely take a new twist since the new 2021 will use CBD 0-20 oil.

I'm late to the party on this, but I'd like to start planning for my move to the commune. Can you give me a hint where we're going? Can we all move to the island with @Professional Hand Model ?

I am one of the lowly 2.75 Gen guys. We should probably all wear bells around our necks. Wouldn't want the rest of your 2nd gen-ers to catch our higher pan temps!

When the new one is released, why not change the sub forums to v8 and v6. That way all 00-21 can be together.

Edit: forgot there were v6 tundras prior to 22.

Where is the Toyota G1 sub forum?

They designate the generations by these codes. We are currently in gen 2.

Like terndrerrr said, I think gen 1, gen 2, and gen 3 were made up by owners. I don’t think Toyota calls them that.
