    Great truck, man. Could you tell more on how your lights are installed and switched? I have all of lights sitting in the garage, once the truck comes back from body shop to install them in. Someone suggested hood switch, but wanted to hear your thoughts.

    Hey Paul, tnx for compliment. I wish I could help you more. Mine was so simple and not high tech. I didn't want to have to run wires, cut holes, ect. I simply went on auto anything and purchased 2 access led lights. There's a box with a button for manual or a sensor for auto that u install 3 aa batteries. Peel the 3m tape from back of box and light strip, and boom your done. I mounted 1 underneath my cover on each side. 1 front and 1 rear. They have auto timers to shut off auto that you can change. For me it was simple and does the truck. My bed is fully illuminated when cover closed and when I open the cover it projects enough light for me to see all around my entire bed and behind truck tailgate. Wish I could help you on your project more. You might want to check the threads on the site because before I made decision to do it this way I did come across quite a few posts from guys who hardwired and how they did it. 1 guy even sells the bed cover lights and obviously knows best way to setup. The guys on the site are helpful. Most will get back to you and point you in the right direction if you have questions or come across a roadblock. Hope this helps at least a little, good luck.

    Yeah these have timers you can adjust. I think mine are set to like 3 minutes from when you turn on.
