jbl makes pro-grade equipment along with the cheap-line garbage. You can have what you are willing to pay for. toyo isn't known to pay up. After market is your friend is you want better.

Woah. Would it have the 8- or 10-speed?

That could be awesome….lighter truck, better payload, 8 or 10 gears behind the 5.7. Imagine that truck with a supercharger…

It's just like everything...there's always something better. That's why JRT put a new system in my 20 Pro...now, I've got better volume than the old transistor radio I had as a kit.

It should do like JRT's system does me now...sometimes my crinklestar vibrates...or heart skips a beat. I like to rock it out.

yup, up until now, if you wanted to jam out to good sounding tunes, you had to go aftermarket for teh tundra, I guess we will see what they do with this one. Im not holding my breath, what came with my platinum was just TOTAL SHIT.

let see what they do this time.

I wanted a faster vehicle so I also bought a Chevy SS... because 4 door sedans with big V8’s are hilarious.
I do sound the Morse for the letter “Q” often, and loudly.

Yep, roll out the old infotainment system and of course a “fancy” JBL audio system with 6 of the cheapest tinniest sounding speakers available.

No transmission cooler. No rear locker. Mid pack power, payload, and towing.

A small fuel tank that shows empty at 3/4 actual capacity.

Then increase the price by $8000.00.

It looks awesome! I ordered the same Kenwood unit for $1,200. A friend of mine messed up with my head and told me I could get this Boss BE10ACP unit for $370. Same 10.1" screen size. Have any of you looked into it. It is an $800 price difference. https://bossaudio.com/product/be10acp/ https://www.amazon.com/BOSS-Audio-Systems-Elite-BE10ACP/dp/B08NXZM6F6

I like it but maybe a lot of black up front but I can deal with it. Problem for me is the 08 keeps going, 250K, drives great, I upgraded the infotainment and headlights etc. Going to be tough giving up another 50+K for a new truck…..

That's not fair. I have one of those.

In other news, this truck will look better in black.

so the pro gets the hybrid.
Wonder if it’s standard for the pro?

I like the 10 speed transmission

now let’s see the interior and trim options.

It will look good in black for approximately 32 seconds after any washing. At the 33 second mark it will start showing every bit of pollen, dust, road grime, and gack to be found. Such is life with a black vehicle.

My black truck is covered in pollen, dust, and some unfortunate striping from camping this weekend and it's still better looking than any white Tundra.

I was sooooo close to buying a Gladiator! I love it but I need a little smoother and comfortable ride & mileage if I'm driving 45K per year.
