    If the back of my led bar is touching my bumper will it melt it? It's a 30 inch heise bar from bestbuy

    Ok see I thought that too just want to double check. I got the 30" dual led bar.. It's 3 inches wide. Gonna notch out the lower grille and snug it in there to be close to seamless (it will stick out a little). It'll be like 70% in the bumper (with the tapered back of the bar) the pitch will be adjustable.

    Designing brackets be a riveted anti theft covers on the ends of the bar (installed after its mounted). It'll be easy for me to remove but it'll keep the honest person honest. I don't wanna use the typical anti theft shit you buy online, I'll use my engineering skills to make it a PITA to remove

    2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
    You could perhaps do a short term direct wire up, on a bench or table and after 30 minutes lay your hand on the bar?
