If there is a fuse it's probably internal to the radio head, so first question is does everything in the head work?

If you’re using a USB cord for your cell phone, there were many times I couldn’t use it for the audio and my phone wouldn’t charge. It was a bad cord. I’ve gone through about six USB cords over the past couple of years.

Also if you having trouble with USB connecting your cell phone to the audio and charging, clean the port of your cell phone with a very small Q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Or use a little piece of cotton on a toothpick to clean the cellphone port. They also sell cleaning sticks on Amazon. This worked for me cause us guys put them in our pockets and lint and dirt get in the port.
