Door handle installation tip

    When installing new handles make sure the clips (circled) that hold the interior frame and anchoring nut are clipped to the outside of the door. If they sit flush the frame that holds the nut will be offset from the T35 bolt making it impossible to align them and resulting in numerous WTF is going on here moments and associated psychotic verbiage. Especially important since it's not super easy to remove the bolt to check for alignment because it's held in place by clips to prevent it from falling into the door.

    It's more subtle than the pic appears and critical in maintaining a zero MF installation.

    Yeah man. Handles and mirrors...full marshmallow. I'll post up a pic in the sticky tomorrow.
