Welcome to the forum. Is there something inside the fuel door that indicates that the vehicle is ff? You can supercharge it (Sparks does it, as far as I know) but there is no warranty associated with the supercharger for ff vehicle.

It will note FFV on dealer paperwork and gas cap notes E85. I'm with you there... I went the lesser route and just added the AFE Momentum 2 and a throttle body spacer. Too early though to note significant gains for mileage, but I do feel a little extra UMFFFFF at times, and a throaty~er sound when getting on it.

My dealer told me not to put the supercharger on my until the warranty is up. :(
Take that for whatever it means.

    Ffv and supercharger?

All I can say is good luck there is reason im saying that and toyota says no warranty. I might expand this later on the work around you can do to make it work but still warranty is gone really I dont recommend it.

If there's a SC available for your year and Toyota does the install, there are no warranty issues. I've asked on the 15's and no SC for flex fuel, yet. It is available though for non FFV which @TRDPRO1 has done. Any other forms of SC out there would most likely void warranty on engine. There was a link I posted in one of my other posts stating though that a warranty can't be voided solely because you add an aftermarket part. They, Toyota, would have to prove whatever aftermarket work or part added was the direct cause of said problem.

Here is the front page of the SC install manual, states......OE vehicle calibration must be verified before SC install.

Well......just received feed back from Sparks TRD, S/C will fit FFE but must use Unichip to tune since NO FLASH from Toyota or TRD, engine & power train warranties voided.

Agreed, you can install a supercharger on a ffv but warranties are voided.

This makes me wander if toyota will quit supporting flash firmware on the ecms soon. If this is the case the supercharger Might be eol soon in trd line up.
