Thanks for the video! Makes it look pretty easy. Now only if installing the LSD were that easy. Would like to see a good install video of the LSD.
I want an LSD but don’t want to pay the labor. I do as much as I can but the LSD install is probably a bit over my head and tools.
I do miss the true LSD compared to this electronic crap Toyota gives us.

Powertrax recommends a different weight gear oil, what made you stick with the stock weight?

It is a lot of repetition. Install assembly, measure backlash and preload, remove, measure shims, put different shims in, start measuring all over again, repeat.

Haven't driven the truck enough to have any real feedback yet. It hooked up good at the track, but I gotta try some street launches, it used to spin like crazy in AWD before.

Hey Viktor, any updates? Just curious if you're happy with the differential or if you've had any issues with it.
Thanks for making the video on the install.

It has been working fine so far, I have not really driven the truck much lately, getting it ready for the next race season when the track reopens in May.
