So in anticipation of leading a little more freedom to stuff the 40" tires at tuck, I've done some research fabricating my own mild body lift. I could do make a few extra batches with amount of material I'll have. Would anyone be interested?

This is going to be a mild 3/4" body lift. I'm going with 3/4" because it's the safest size doable without having to alter anything (presumably inclusive of the radiator and fan shround). This will mean you'll have ~3/4" of a gap between the front/rear bumpers and the body. I personally don't mind having a gap because I need that room for flex when the frame twists offroad.

The pucks will be made of UHMW plastic, which is the best material for body lifts.

For a second I thought you meant "3 to 4 inch" body lift. Is that what you're going for? I agree man, the 3/4 BL will give you good clearance and you're doing it for a purpose other than mall riding and chasing teenie-boppers lol. That being said, are you fabbing the lift on your own. I bet that would look awesome and probably cost next to nothing other than a couple scrapped knuckles and about 20 for beer. Stoked to see the outcome bro!

If I were running a serious off-road truck, I'd be interested. My 3/1 is perfect for mild trail riding to the camps and roaming off the beaten path when I go camping. Be a no for me, but definitely interested in how it turns out for you bud.
