It is a great trail. I'd recommend a chainsaw or hedge clippers for a full size or tundra because of the width in some places. We had a ton of cutting we didn't even video.

Crazy. So the pack creek fire is burning right where we were in part2 of this video where our mirrors were folded in in the green brush. Rimrocker is detoured in this area now..... :goingcrazy:

@Wahayes I'm thinking about doing this in a couple weeks, but I'll need to take my dirtbike with me on a hitch carrier. Are there many spots on this trail where approach/departure angle is super important and the carrier would drag, or is it pretty mellow? Going west to east, if that matters.

No not really it's pretty mellow. There's some really steeps sections but not where approach or departure come into the equation.

At the area where the Dolores River crossing is and you get back on highway (right after passing turtle rock (gigantic rock formation , looks like a turtle cant miss it lol 18:44 in part 1 video)if going west to east , I'd highly recommend stopping for a swim lol idk if there's a good place for it or not but it's effing hot this time of year down there lol
