I miss my s6 active that would only hold a charge for 20 minutes, and got crazy hot.

my new phone doesnt have a headphone jack, and wireless headphones are garbage. Putting on the helmet takes 5x longer.

my camera aint half bad, but the microphone is doodoo.

Lithium batteries will last the longest if you keep the charge between 30% and 70%. Heat and cold applied at high or low charge levels causes more damage as well. I leave my phone on airplane mode a huge portion of the day. The battery lasts for a a long time that way.

well, it will be after vc gaskets, halfshafts, and wheel paint. I also need a laser cannon for the front. Center caps arent on because im not done taking the wheels off.

I hate driving after dark this time of year because of that. It is worse with a white bumper. I have had Griots bug barricade in my cart for a week. I finally found a coupon code worth putting the order in and now it is out of stock.

Do you really hangout where your truck getting broken into is a real risk?

My white beetle was named Gracie by the family I got it from. I never call it that.

My old blue beetle had the name "drunkel", which was an inside joke because my buddy had a dirty drunk uncle (drunkel) who his parents didn't want us around. The old blue beetle I have was the same way, old/dirty/creepy/smelly/unsafe. I didn't call it drunkel but some of my friends did.

I use one of those solely as a GPS while off-roading the bikes or SxS because of it's durability, haven't broken it yet which is more than I can say for a couple of other non tough phones.

Do you think the extended and increased unemployment benefits will have a permanent impact on wages? Is anyone in an industry that increased wages for a particular position lately?
Maybe suggest spending more money on buffers and compound and less on stickers. My paint used to look just like that.

"New hires" (temporary employees included) receive a "sign on" bonus, and increased wages.

The ones here that have been here have received nothing. It's hard for a team lead to train a new person when they are making more than the team lead hourly.

There was a "raise" across the board for "direct" employees which is production. It was like 30 cents more an hour.

    Shaft.

    Maintenance is "indirect."

If they need help, quit and come back with experience and ask for even more.

So do you think they will keep the starting pay there or does it move back down?

We have a temp here that used to work here. She was laid off during the initial wu-flu lock down of the state. She wasn't called back so she went to a rival factory (RF) that makes components for Ford. She is the only one qualified to run her line.

The RF laid her off with a definite call back. So she came out here, and received the sign on bonus, and increased wages.

RF is preparing to start her line up again (just like we are for our ford processes) they called her back, and she said she isn't going without a significant pay raise. She has them by the balls, and they know it.

As long as there are increased unemployment benefits, and bonuses for staying at home the increased wages will remain.

Until the end of super drawing there will be no help for employers. In my eyes anyways.

When I did McDowells maintenance; after a year they finally decided to develop a bonus programme for me(since supervisors and districts had something in place) and mine ended up being roped into a M&R%(maintenance and repair) which seemed very unachievable due to having no control how many times a 300$ pre-rinse gets ripped off the dish sink wall in one month at one store(3 was the record)
What exactly makes this him/her/they “ qualified” to run said line?

All her trainers supposedly quit shortly after they trained her. The only other person qualified to run that line in that factory is in Thailand.
