My sun screen was somehow stuck to the rear view mirror mount. Just a little tug and a half dollar sized chunk of glass came off with the mirror. :muscleflexing: o_O
Sure do hope that the glass coverage covers it!

Big day for me. Replaced missing skidplate hardware and checked my new oil filter housing for leaks.

Got my rubber valve stem swapped out for a new tpms after a year of staring at the dummy light. Thanks to my buddy for the free hookup.

I did the same when I got my Tundra. Felt really good. It was missing all 3 of those 10mm/phillip screws & only had 2 skid plate bolts. Sometimes it's the small things.

I just got that same set of bumpers for my 08, did your light bar come with hardware to mount in the bumper? I hooked my figs up to the factory plugs, but haven't hooked up the other lights yet

Although, I got the last set from here since they had them in stock:

The Jet Black. I didn't want much red in the tailights when they're off.

Here is the hardware for the skid plate. I am 99% sure you want the "screw." The retainers accept the screws. One of mine was missing.

Got my victory skids on with the exception of the rear shock skids. Had been in my garage for about a year, hardware for the rear diff skid was incorrect so had to make a run to Home Depot but other than that I’m happy with them, pretty easy to install.

Installed the Evil Manufacturing 3rd brake light with Baja Design S2 Pro's.
Seems like a very solid design, I am happy with it so far.
The only negative was like most things now the order fulfillment took forever.
I also had the roof bullet lined a few weeks ago in preparation for installing a Prinsu rack over the next few days.

Finally upgraded my head unit to this Android PX6 with CarPlay. Works great now and refreshed the entire interior.

Also installed front and rear cameras. The head unit install took about 2 hours. The cameras also took about 2 hours, between getting the wiring through the firewall, securing it along the frame, replacing the tailgate handle with a unit that has a built-in camera. I think troubleshooting and setting up the Phoenix PX6 head unit has probably consumed 8 hours so far, and I'm a nerd. It's definitely a great choice for the hackers among us.

    Acquired it!

My dads 2021 SR5 came into the dealership this week so I took over his 2011. Let the tinkering begin!

I'll probably be posting on the 3rd Gen. side as well as I help get my dad's truck rigged up. He isn't much of a modifier, but I've convinced him to get some new wheels, lights and other small items.

tundras.com might be an expensive place to visit for me...

I’ve been looking at this myself. Can the OEM backup camera be used as the rear camera? Are you using the car link adapter for CarPlay?
