That’s good to hear. I got my truck about a year ago from Minn. It wasn’t bad, but I love the thing and hate any rust on it. I sanded and treated with CRC rust treatment every brown spot. Then last fall sprayed the crap out of it with fluid film and CRC marine treatment. Filled the cavities(rockers, door panels, tail gate, etc) with 3m cavity wax. Water is still wicking off after pressure washing 3-4 times to put sliders on. MPHD seems better like I said. FF washes off too easy IMO.

I have been using rust protection for over 35 years. Corrosion free has given me the best results it doesn't not washed off as quickly as crown or rust check. They are all messy but rather that than a rust bucket. IMG_2561.jpgThis is after 5 salty winters roads in Ontario and over 108k

I’ll certainly keep an eye on it. And after doing the undercoat the first two years I may skip this year and just keep it clean underneath. The fluid film seems nice to keep things smooth. My truck still feels brand new.
