I've been asking but no update on doing something for the Tundra yet. Not sure what engineering has planned but I'll keep asking

Just got my CFX3 from the Memorial Day sale. Thank you!!

Quick question: If I buy the slide and mount this thing in my bed, will it fit under a retractable bed cover? Looking at dimensions, it seems close.

    Bed depth: 22.2"
    Fridge: 18.9" high
    Slide: 3.36"

The fridge and slide combine for a total of 22.26", but I believe the fridge sits down into the slide frame by an inch or more.

Just curious if anyone knows it will fit or has a pic of this fridge and slide mounted under their retractable bed cover.

With the CFX3 slide, it will add 1.14 inches to the total height of the cooler. Based on your measurements above the height of slide and cooler would be 20.04".

I can't speak to the measurements of the bed cover but hopefully, this will give you a little more info to work with

Seems like it'll just clear it. Thanks

Lately, I've seen a few people trying to match their electrical loads with a cooler and the battery(s) needed to support them. In doing so, there are times when the battery protection modes we have programmed don't seem to meet your needs exactly.

Since there isn't an ability to customize the battery protection settings beyond just the three settings offered, you might also want to incorporate something like the following to your build.

These are inline low-voltage disconnects. We found these on Amazon, and they also have a Bluetooth version which might be really useful for your application and needs.

Hope this helps in getting your build completely dialed in!
