How long did the shackles take you with the press?

The entire rear job took about 5 working hours. Biggest tasks are the bushing removal, and if your shock top nuts are rusty, getting those off. The rear was easier and shorter than the front for whatever reason (probably because I had a busted 14mm GearWrench :D). Bushing removal itself was probably 1.5hrs once I figured out what I needed to do exactly. A breaker bar worked better than the impact gun when turning the ball joint press.

Has anyone with a Pro used the 1/2” shim up front and +2 shackles for just a little extra height when running 295/70’s? I know most are going with the Full Pro kit or 1” shims and +3’s in the rear. Just curious how the 1/2” and +2’s would look.

Obviously I missed out on the group buy this year, but I’ll get in on the next one.

Well finally getting the +3 Shackles and 2 driverside and 1 passenger side shims installed today. Also having front and rear durobumps installed and rock rails/sliders welded in. Already have 6112's
at 2.5 upfront and 5160's on the rear.

Little OT but has anyone ordered from coachbuilder recently and received their order? Placed an order last Monday 1/24 and still waiting on a shipping confirmation. I saw the announcement on the front page regarding delays and understand we just had a holiday. I sent an email last friday, pretty late but haven't received a response yet. Just curious if anyone else is waiting on orders.

Orders take 2 weeks to a month I believe. My last order was a month. Remember he builds as ordered.

FYI, I called and talked to David on Tuesday.. I am still waiting on my order from 5/8. He told me I was in the next shipment out.. I think his powder coater is holding things up a bit.. I think a phone call is the best way to get ahold of him.. I totally understand that things take longer to get these days..

Finally got these +2s installed. Also installed the carrier bearing drop and brake extension brackets. All great products, just wish there was a picture for how the brake extension brackets were supposed to be installed.

I am kicking my own ass for not snagging some shackles on this one.

Generous, but the 2" are as big as I can go with the Falcon shocks that I have awaiting install.

CB indicated to me when I arranged this that he only plans on doing one GB per year. That doesn't mean that he won't, but I wouldn't plan on another this year.
