You can look at about 20-25hrs labor to box the frame so depends on a shop’s labor rate. Bumper is custom and depends on what kinds of materials so price can vary. Frame was done at dmz fab and bumper at leadfoot off-road.

Finally changed up the rear suspension. Went with the camburg shock relocation kit and bumps. Running 3.0 fox bypassses and 2x2.5 bumps. Still spring over with deavers. I’ve only got to run this setup 1x so far at T2S, but it felt great and I still have all my bed space. I had to throw on some bora spacers in the rear to clear the bypasses and +2” brake lines. Still need to get some limit straps, and excuse the rubber bumps left on in the pic.

Also finally upped my glamping game with a fridge. Pulled out the back seat to make room for a dometic cfx 50. The double cabs have a stupid deal where the smaller seat’s bracket serves as the bracket for the larger seat, so I had to make a little metal piece so I could bolt the seat to the floor. For now I just have the fridge strapped down on the floor but eventually plan to make a platform.

Curious as to how you got your lower shock brackets to fit that way. Mine would bind in that orientation, so I welded mine up opposite of yours. Others I have looked at also had them opposite of yours. Did you have to do any fitting to fit them this way?

Not sure what u mean? As in angled the opposite way? Far as I’m aware that’s how camburg designed them to go on. You have a pic?

Mine would hit the lower bucket on the shock with it mounted the other way. Not sure if it matters really, since I have plenty of clearance everywhere, but I’m curious as to how yours worked.

Also, pardon the rust. I live in a salt state.

Yea I don’t know... I don’t weld or know much about cycling suspension so I had a guy who was recommended by camburg do it. Everything cycles fine and I didn’t have any problems when I ran it but who knows. I’ll double check with camburg

nice setup ! so the speed bump hits the axle when bouncing ? I thought they supposed to hit top of leaf pack where the oem rubber bump is.

Ah ok. Yeah, be curious to know what you hear. I definitely felt that these were directional, fit wise, but not sure.

They just emailed me and said it looks fine, and the guy who did the instal is good so there shouldn’t be any problem. So who knows.

    Not sure at this point.
Damn, can you link those tie down rails and the tie downs you used for your jerry cans?
