How to remove upper control arm from spindle?

    here’s a before and after of the lift. Wanted to clean the truck up a little before posting but I’d rather not keep you guys waiting for pics lol.

    the truck originally had 2 inches in the front and now it has 3 inches and the back went up 2 inches. I believe the front end is 38 1/2 or 39 1/2 from the ground to well and the rear is at 39 1/2 or 40 1/2 from ground to well. And it drives great, it just needs an alignment and it’ll be good to go.
