    Fellas,

I'm looking to see if anyone has any suggestions/recommendations/experiences with any car stereo, audio installations around the Bay Area.
I'm looking to upgrade my stock non-JBL system with a full setup from @james@tech12volts.

At the moment, not really interested in doing it myself (although I haven't looked into what that fully entails) so if anyone has some tips on who can help that would be greatly appreciated.

    Thx!

Give us a list of what you are going with. New head unit? 4ch/5ch amp? Sub(s)? Speakers?

Installing a new head unit with a maestro is a little tricky to make sure you wire everything correctly, but not bad. I'd say the hardest part of the install is running the power wire, but its not bad.

I m all for doing sound deadening if you do anything at all. I ve finished with all of mine, and the result is amazing. The sound from drivers are crisp, and precise. ATM I m only running rear door speakers, and tweeters, but the over all sound is better than when I had all speakers running without deadening.

I'll give them a call in the morning. Thanks for the reference.
I also heard good things of Audio House in Napa.

I'll find out tomorrow, but any one have an idea of what type of pricing I might expect to install the tech12volts kit?
I just want to prepare myself for sticker shock :spending:

I may have to go this route depending how steep installation might be.
But I'd really have to be priced way out as I don't have enough confidence to tackle this on my own, I can avoid it.
I'd be willing to pay someone else to do it "right" vs someone having to repair my mistakes lol!
