Just bought Eastwood's magnetic rechargeable LED worklight set on closeout and a 3 piece metric flare wrench set from them with free shipping.

Never tried out their hand tools before. Anyone know if they're any good?

Hey guyz. Been Meditating with the Spyder Monkeys. Almost reached Full Monk Status this morning but sinned against The Way when eating Bacon entered my mind. Now I need a redo.

To save myself all the time googling, and being frustrated like you I bought a Haynes manual for the corolla.

Came in today. It's in the glove box now where it's gonna live. Oil filter, and oil filter socket thing live in the trunk with the spare tire underneath the carpet.

My RV is a 1988 B+, which is basically a fiberglass box on a van frame. Job 1 is to keep the water out. Something smaller is just easier in all ways. But it took me years & years to find a cared for small RV. But it's such a nice way to go to the beach it was worth waiting years for the right one.

Some housing perspective. house next door, guy bought from his auntie in 2004 for $260k. Sold it at the end of 2020 for $290k in the midst of this boom.
He bought in a peak, & was lucky to sell in a peak. Took 16 years to sell at a profit. $1,875 per year - minus the roof, refinishing the floors, repaint inside expenses to get it market ready. Not necessarily a good investment - real estate.

That house has about 700 sq' less space than mine, 1 less bathroom, 1 less bedroom, same lot. I bought during the real estate crash in '13. It would appear if I sold now I'd sell for about 100% above what I paid. Timing. All timing & remembering to keep it business.

If you know what they paid for it - that's good bargaining information.

I thought we had an option to add a poll to a thread? I don't see it anywhere.

So where are you guys ordering all your OEM parts?

Any prefered cheap stealers? You think local stealer would price match online stealer?

Maybe it's different on a computer, but pretty easy to find on mobile.

On PC, it's way over to the right. I kept looking under the task bar once you click edit. I haven't created the thread yet. Still debating.

We should make a poll to decide if you should create the thread.

Mine does not. If I want to pay absolute top dollar I go to my local dealer. I have to try really hard to find it more expensive with shipping. I have ordered a lot from the Olathe dealer. They had some of the better prices. I need to order some $$$ items so I am interested in where the best online prices can be found.

I wonder if any of my autotech buddies still work at the toyota dealer in south houston...thats probably where id go, if rockauto hadnt been so good for so many projects. Called a dealer about a MC and they said they use aftermarket. And i think they wanted 7x what i spent.

Lately, this is what I do
    1. Visit, Toyota Parts
    2. Search on there for McGeorge Toyota- zip code 23294
    3. Pick them as your dealer of choice
    4. For orders over $75, make sure to use the coupon code for free shipping. If you just go directly to McGeorge their prices are slightly cheaper, but then you don't get the free shipping. I haven't seen anyone that beats their price.

Stick it in front of a manual with a real clutch and it’ll be better than the sciocchezze it came out of.
